Staying at the Ranch
One of the things we’re most looking forward to, right alongside saying “I do,” is being surrounded by our favorite people. We chose Dawn Ranch because it allows us to do just that. The moment we stepped onto the property, it felt special, and we could immediately picture everyone we love gathered there together. For a few days, the ranch will become ours: a place to slow down, wander under the redwoods, and celebrate through the night. From the first arrivals to the final hugs goodbye, we hope to spend as much time as we can with you in this special place.
Arrival & Departure
You’re welcome to join us starting Thursday or Friday, depending on what works best for you.
We’ll wrap up the weekend with an informal farewell brunch on Sunday morning as everyone begins to head out, unless you choose to linger a little longer in this beautiful place with us.

When booking, you’ll be able to choose the cabin style that best fits your stay. All accommodations at Dawn Ranch are private cabins, each with its own layout and charm. The Property
Once you’re checked in, everything you’ll need for the weekend is right on the ranch. Staying on-site gives you access to the full property throughout the weekend, so you can come and go between cabins, shared spaces, and events without needing to travel elsewhere.
Around the ranch, you’ll have access to:
Walking paths and open green spaces
River access just steps from the property
Heated pools and hot tubs
Spa amenities and wellness experiences
Common areas for gathering and relaxing
The Lodge, the on-site restaurant and bar
The layout makes it easy to stay close, cross paths often, and enjoy the weekend at your own pace.

For the wedding weekend, Dawn Ranch will be fully reserved for our guests. To book your accommodation, please follow the link below.
Cabin selections are on a first-come, first-served basis, so we recommend booking once you find one you like!
Good to Know
Room details and assignments are handled directly by Dawn Ranch at the time of booking.
Cabins and event spaces are spread throughout the ranch and connected by walking paths. Short outdoor walks are part of the weekend, so packing comfortably and planning for a mix of indoor and outdoor time is encouraged.
Cell service can be limited in some areas, but wifi is available throughout the ranch.
