We will not be providing transportation during the weekend. We recommend arranging a rental car, taxi, or rideshare to and from Dawn Ranch. Once you’re on property, all weekend events will be just a short stroll away from your cabin.

While guests are welcome to stay elsewhere, one of the main reasons we chose Dawn Ranch was so we could spend the entire weekend together in one place with the people we love most. Since the property will be reserved exclusively for our wedding weekend, staying on-site allows everyone to fully experience the weekend as it unfolds, from running into friends and family around the ranch during the day to stumbling back to your cabin after a late night.
That said, we completely understand that everyone’s travel plans, budgets, and preferences are different, and we want you to do what feels best for you.

We love your little ones, but for the wedding weekend, we’ll only be including children in our families and the wedding party. We appreciate your understanding and hope everyone enjoys a fun weekend away with us!
-
Due to the size and nature of the wedding weekend, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on each invitation. If you were given a plus one, it will be reflected on your official invitation once they are sent.
We appreciate everyone’s understanding as we try to keep the weekend as intimate and intentional as possible while celebrating with the people closest to us.

Yes, most weekend events will take place outdoors throughout the ranch! Later in the evening, the after party will move inside The Lodge.
The ranch includes plenty of grass, gravel, and walking paths, so keep that in mind when planning footwear for the weekend. The good news is you can always run back to your cabin if a sneaker change is needed later in the night (which Tammy fully plans on doing).

May in Guerneville is typically warm and sunny during the day, with cooler mornings and evenings once the sun goes down. We recommend packing layers so you’re comfortable throughout the weekend as temperatures shift from day to night.
